This is an intensive school-based opportunity for RBTs who are comfortable working with students with Level 3 and Level 4 Autism .

Week Setting:

School-Based Student Population Students with Level 3 and Level 4 Autism Significant behavioral and support needs Very intensive caseload Responsibilities Provide direct behavioral and educational support to students Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies and ABA-based techniques Support students with communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Collect and document behavioral data and student progress Assist with implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, special education staff, and other members of the student's support team Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment Qualifications Active RBT certification Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred Must be comfortable working with Level 3 and Level 4 Autism Experience managing intensive behavioral needs strongly preferred Ability to remain calm and consistent in a high-support environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Important to Know This is an intensive caseload requiring an RBT who is confident working with students with significant behavioral and developmental needs. Candidates should be prepared for a highly active and hands-on school environment.
