We're seeking two motivated RBTs who are passionate about supporting students with Autism in a school environment. This full-time contract position offers a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to work closely with students who require high levels of care and behavioral intervention. In this role, you'll play a critical part in helping students achieve their goals, working with a caseload that includes Level 3 and Level 4 Autism. What You'll Need:

Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience working with students diagnosed with Autism, particularly with Level 3 and Level 4 needs Commitment to full-time hours (37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday) Exceptional communication, collaboration, and observation skills Ability to remain calm and focused in high-intensity situations Willingness to commute to the job site as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one and small-group ABA therapy to students with Autism Collect and document behavior data accurately and consistently Collaborate with a multidisciplinary school team, including BCBAs, teachers, and paraprofessionals Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision Foster a supportive, structured, and safe environment for students Adapt to changing needs and support rapidly evolving cases Why Apply for This Opportunity?
