Job Description

Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Yuba County! This contract position is designed for passionate and resilient professionals eager to support students with intense behavioral needs, focusing on those with Level 3 and Level 4 Autism. Full-time hours provide the opportunity to build strong, supportive relationships and see lasting results. The assignment runs Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Your background in ABA and enthusiasm for challenging environments will help students reach their full potential. Ideal candidates should bring:
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience working with students on the autism spectrum, particularly those with Level 3 and Level 4 needs High degree of comfort managing very intense caseloads with compassion and composure Proven skill implementing behavior intervention plans and tracking progress Ability to foster positive, trusting relationships with students, staff, and families Strong communication, teamwork, and crisis management abilities Commitment to professionalism and ongoing learning in a school environment Key responsibilities include: Partnering with school staff and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver tailored behavioral interventions Providing direct 1:1 or group support to students throughout the school day Collecting, recording, and reporting data on behavioral progress Assisting with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and contributing valuable insights to student teams Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to all district and state guidelines This role offers a vibrant, structured work week and the rewarding challenge of supporting students with significant needs in a school setting.
