Responsibilities:

Provide behavior analysis services to students across school settings Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze student data Monitor student progress and make data-driven recommendations Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families Provide training and support to school staff Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school requirements

Qualifications:

Current BCBA certification Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting preferred Experience supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to work in person across 2-3 school sites Commitment to supporting positive student outcomes Make a
