9666346-95341 Job Description Embark on a meaningful contract opportunity supporting PreK-8th grade students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based assignment located near Merced, CA. This in-person position offers the chance to work across 2-3 dynamic school sites, making a positive difference in the lives of young learners and collaborating with dedicated school teams.

Desired Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification required. Previous experience in a school setting or with PreK-8th students strongly preferred. Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and their application in educational environments. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and families. Ability to manage a flexible caseload across multiple school sites. Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable adapting to varied classroom and school environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Provide direct and consultative ABA services for students across PreK-8th grade. Train and support teachers and staff in implementing behavior strategies and interventions. Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed. Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Travel between 2-3 school campuses as assigned, ensuring consistent support for students. This is a 40-hour per week, on-site position, allowing you to form real connections and witness your positive impact first-hand.
