Job Description
Every Special Child Is seeking a dedicated and certified Behavior Specialist (BCBA) for our campus to join our team in Merced, CA .
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Monitor students progress and adjust plans as necessary
- Supervise and train behavior technicians and other staff
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness
- -Maintain accurate and detailed students records
- Ensure all interventions are in compliance with ethical guidelines
- Participate in continuing education to stay current with best practices
- Develop and conduct training workshops for staff and stakeholders Qualification required
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field
- BCBA certification
- Extensive knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
