We're looking for compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy for children under the supervision of a BCBA/Clinical Director. What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA Collect accurate session data Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA Build positive, professional relationships with clients and families What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Previous experience in ABA, Behavior Technician, teaching, or special needs programs preferred RBT certification or completion of the 40-hour RBT training is a plus, but not required Reliable transportation Ability to pass a criminal background check Compassionate, patient, and dependable Comfortable working directly with children in a home setting What We Offer Quarterly performance bonuses: $100-$300 Paid cancellations Paid drive time Mileage reimbursement Paid training & team meetings RBT exam reimbursement RBT training and support BACB experience supervision Flexible part-time scheduling Supportive BCBA supervision Opportunities for professional growth Why Join Us?
