| Full-Time & Part-Time | Monday-Friday School Hours

• We are now hiring School-Based Behavior Technicians for the 2026-2027 school year for the South Orange County area!

Job Responsibilities + Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students during the school day + Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision + Collect and record data using ABA therapy procedures + Support students' communication, social-emotional, and behavioral skill development + Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors + Maintain professionalism and consistency across school environments

• Qualifications
• + High school diploma or equivalent (required) + 6+ months of ABA experience (required) + Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (preferred) + Reliable transportation to school sites across Orange County + Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

• + $25
