In this energetic role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, support skill development, and promote positive behavior change through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster independence, improve communication, and enhance overall quality of life for clients. This paid position offers valuable hands-on experience in behavioral health, special education, and client care within home-based and clinical settings. Duties Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to track progress and inform treatment plans Implement ABA therapy protocols designed by licensed behavior analysts to teach new skills and reduce problematic behaviors Support clients in developing communication, social, and self-care skills through engaging teaching strategies Maintain detailed medical documentation and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across environments Support clients during therapy sessions by managing behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques Requirements Prior experience working with children or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other disabilities is highly preferred Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavior management strategies, and implementing treatment plans Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards including HIPAA compliance Experience working in home-based settings or school environments supporting individuals with disabilities or developmental delays Ability to assist with ADLs, data collection, and behavior tracking accurately and efficiently Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach to care and support High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in behavioral health or special education is a plus Join us to be part of a supportive team dedicated to transforming lives through compassionate care, innovative therapies, and professional growth. Pay:
