Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract A school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is sought for a contract opportunity in Monterey, CA, offering part-time or full-time hours from ASAP through June 5th, 2026. This role focuses on providing behavioral support and intervention services to an elementary caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement effective ABA strategies Monitor and collect data on student progress and make data-driven recommendations Train and support school staff in intervention techniques and behavior management Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards within a school setting
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification in good standing Experience working with elementary-aged students in educational settings Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a school team Familiarity with developing and implementing behavior plans in schools
Location:
Monterey, CA - this assignment is based onsite to effectively collaborate with school personnel and provide direct support to students
