Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification is required Demonstrated experience managing high-intensity/magnitude behaviors in a school setting Comfort working with young learners, particularly in transitional kindergarten, kindergarten, and elementary grades Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with multiple professionals Adaptability to dynamic classroom environments

Your Responsibilities:
