What You'll Do:

Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive 1:1 assessments to inform student support strategies Deliver behavior consultations for teams, providing guidance on intervention plans and best practices Collaborate closely with educators, paraprofessionals, and families to enhance intervention fidelity and maximize student progress Travel between multiple school sites (with travel time compensated) to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery Monitor, document, and review progress towards student goals, adjusting approaches as needs evolve Maintain timely and thorough reporting to support data-driven decision-making This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your clinical skills in an empowering K-12 setting, while enjoying a flexible, school-based schedule and professional growth opportunities.
