Key Qualifications:
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience providing ABA services in a school or pediatric setting preferred Strong understanding of behavior intervention techniques and data collection Exceptional communication skills, fostering positive relationships with students, educators, and families Flexibility and adaptability in new environments, with a commitment to collaborative teamwork Possess a high standard of ethical and professional conduct
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver direct, one-on-one or small group ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record accurate behavioral data in accordance with students treatment plans Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to support student progress Assist with behavior intervention plan implementation in a classroom setting Contribute to progress reporting and participate in team meetings as needed Adapt to various classroom dynamics as a substitute RBT (Calvin
