Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential, or experience as a Behavior Specialist Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience, adaptability, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors professionally Ability to collaborate effectively with other school professionals and family members

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct behavioral assessments and assist in developing behavior intervention plans Implement individualized behavioral interventions and monitor progress Track data meticulously and contribute to progress reports for IEP meetings Provide direct support and guidance to students in classrooms and small group settings Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and administrators to ensure comprehensive support plans Educate and consult with school staff and caregivers on behavioral strategies This contract position offers a rewarding chance to enhance students learning experiences and see the impact of your work daily.
