What We're Looking For:

Active BCBA certification or School Psychologist credentials Experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing/implementing Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) Proficiency in non-violent behavioral intervention training and strategies Strong knowledge and practical application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities A problem-solving mindset paired with a compassionate approach to student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct FBAs to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors Develop, implement, and monitor BIPs tailored to individual student needs Provide consultation and training on ABA methodologies and non-violent behavioral interventions to school staff Collaborate with educators, support teams, and families to ensure comprehensive support for each student Collect and interpret behavioral data to guide ongoing program adjustments Contribute to a safe, nurturing school atmosphere by promoting positive behavioral supports
