Modern Analyst Starting Pay:

$77/hour for all clinical time (Direct, Indirect, Caregiver Training, and late cancellations).

Hybrid Flexibility:

Indirect work (e.g. data analysis and programming) is remote and flexible.

The Model:

You are the lead Behavior Analyst focusing on science, not middle management.

Schedule:

Potential clients are available from 8 AM - 7 PM; Zero Weekends. Full-Time (30+ hrs) or Part-Time (15-29 hrs) available at the same premium rate. As a BCBA with us, you aren't just an analyst on paper—you are the primary driver of clinical change.

Responsibilities:

Focus on the Science The primary responsibility of the BCBA is to serve as the lead clinician for a limited caseload, ensuring high conceptual integrity.

Case Ownership:

Serve as the sole Board Certified Behavior Analyst for 2-3 clients. This allows for intensive, function-based work (e.g., PFA/SBT).

Direct Intervention:

Provide high-quality ABA services directly, focusing on being the primary interventionist rather than managing a large team of RBTs .

Hybrid Workflow:

Conduct advanced functional behavior assessments and design programming. While direct sessions are in-person, your analyst duties and indirect work are hybrid/remote .

Minimal Admin:

We limit paperwork to ~1 hour per week (if any!), maximizing your time practicing actual behavior analysis.

Compensation & Sustainability Premium Unified Rate:

$77/hour for everything.

Earnings Potential:

Average gross earnings (2025): $117K .

Max:

$144K .

Guaranteed Pay:

Late cancellations are covered at your full rate.

Qualifications Certification:

Must hold and maintain current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) .

Clinical Skill:

Demonstrated fluency in Verbal Behavior (VB).

Ability to provide services within 20 miles of Mountain View, CA .
