Key Qualifications and Experience:

Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification required Previous experience as an RBT, paraprofessional, or in a behavior specialist role in educational or clinical settings Understanding of principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, caregivers, and school teams Excellent communication, organization, and data collection abilities Flexibility and adaptability to meet students' evolving needs

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct behavioral support and interventions to students in classroom and other campus settings Collect behavioral data and maintain accurate records, following established protocols Support implementation of students' Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as directed by licensed staff Assist with developing and adjusting intervention strategies based on progress monitoring Participate in team meetings to discuss student goals and outcomes Encourage and reinforce positive student behaviors, supporting academic and social success Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA, teachers, and parents regarding progress and strategies
