This position calls for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized support in an educational setting, working 1:1 with students from 1st through 12th grade. Qualifications & Experience:
Active RBT certification required Prior experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, students, and parents Ability to adapt strategies to suit diverse developmental stages, from elementary to high school Commitment to ethical guidelines and confidentiality Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in student growth
Responsibilities:
