As a Behavior Interventionist at Lasting Behavioral Solutions, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism. Your role will involve implementing treatment plans designed to improve communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors while managing challenging behaviors in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Accurately collect and record data on client progress and behavior. Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to refine intervention strategies. Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment during therapy sessions. Communicate effectively with clients' families to ensure consistency and progress. Maintain ethical standards and comply with all relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or enrolled in college courses. Experience working with children with Autism or developmental disabilities (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently. Patience, empathy, and a commitment to helping others. Reliable transportation
