• Pay:

  $25 per hour
• We are hiring Behavior Technicians to support students in school settings throughout Oceanside, California. This role focuses on helping students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally through structured support and guidance.
• Responsibilities
• + Provide one on one or small group behavior support + Follow behavior intervention plans under supervision + Assist teachers in maintaining a positive learning environment + Support students with communication, social skills, and classroom routines + Track simple data on student progress
• Qualifications
• + Experience working with children is helpful but not required + Strong communication and teamwork skills + Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude + Willingness to learn behavior support strategies
