is seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team serving families throughout North County San Diego , including Camp Pendleton, Oceanside, Vista, Carlsbad, and surrounding communities.

This position is ideal for a BCBA looking for a flexible schedule while maintaining a meaningful clinical caseload. Position Summary As a BCBA, you will oversee ABA treatment programs, supervise behavior technicians, provide caregiver training, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families to improve meaningful outcomes for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Schedule Part-time position Evening timeslot required. 10-40 hours per month Flexible scheduling Availability between 9:00 AM-5:00 PM required You choose when to schedule your clients during the month Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians Provide caregiver training and parent consultations Complete treatment plans, progress reports, reassessments, and insurance documentation Analyze treatment data and make clinical programming decisions Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members Maintain BACB ethical and professional standards QualificationsRequired Current BCBA certification Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Active CPR certification Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and automobile insurance Comfortable traveling throughout North County (e.g., Oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista, Encinitas and Camp Pendleton Preferred Experience with insurance-funded ABA services (TRICARE, Anthem, Blue Shield, Aetna, etc.) Experience writing behavioral assessments and treatment reports Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive clinical team What We Offer Flexible schedule that works around your availability Competitive hourly compensation Administrative support for scheduling and billing Collaborative, family-centered culture Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding ABA organization Clinical autonomy with leadership support About Behavioral Beginnings, Inc.
