Your background working with children in educational or therapeutic settings, and hands-on experience as a Registered Behavior Technician, will allow you to impact students growth and success directly. What you'll bring: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Prior experience working as an RBT or Paraprofessional, ideally in school or pediatric settings Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and an understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families Compassion, patience, and adaptability when supporting diverse student needs Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documenting sessions and progress What you'll do: Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and school staff Assist students in achieving academic, social, and behavioral goals within both classroom and one-on-one settings Track and document student progress, noting successes and areas where further support is needed Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and parents to foster a positive learning environment Redirect challenging behaviors and reinforce positive skill acquisition through ABA techniques Experience a role where every day brings the chance to influence a childs journey and contribute to a collaborative, caring atmosphere.
