• Position Overview
• As a
• Behavior Technician
• , you will work directly with students who require behavioral and/or educational support within a school setting. You'll help students remain engaged in the classroom, develop positive behaviors, and achieve their educational goals.
• Responsibilities
• + Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students + Implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of school staff + Assist students with academic tasks and classroom participation + Support social skills development and positive peer interactions + Collect and document behavioral data as required + Promote a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment + Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers •Preferred Qualifications•?

Experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with special needs preferred ? Background in education, behavioral health, ABA, childcare, mentoring, or related fields ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in challenging situations ? Reliable, punctual, and committed to student success ? Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

• Monday-Friday
• + School-day hours + Full-time and part-time positions available + Consistent weekly schedules + Follow the school district calendar
• Compensation
• $23-$27 per hour
