Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT) | San Diego County Looking for a rewarding opportunity working with children in school and after-school settings? Join our team! ?? Daytime School-Based Openings Escondido Vista ?? After-School Program Openings Available throughout Central and North County San Diego ? Consistent, reliable schedules available ? Flexible pick-up shifts available for those who want extra hours ? Work as little or as much as you'd like with our flexible staffing opportunities ? Supportive team environment ? Meaningful work helping students succeed ?? Pay Rates Behavior Technicians (BT): $21-$25/hr Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT): Up to $28/hr to start
Requirements:
Must be 18+ years old High school diploma or GED required Experience working with children preferred RBT certification welcomed but not required for BT positions Whether you're looking for a consistent part-time schedule or the flexibility to pick up shifts when it works for you, we'd love to connect! The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and adults with special needs and collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
