Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA protocols to promote positive behaviors and skill development Collect and record accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Support clients in educational settings or home environments by teaching communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors Maintain detailed medical documentation, client records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards Communicate effectively with clients' families, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistency in care plans and therapy goals Adhere to all professional guidelines including the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts while delivering direct behavioral therapy Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders Hands-on experience implementing ABA therapy protocols in clinical or home-based settings Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and medical documentation practices Experience assisting with ADLs and supporting behavioral health initiatives in school or community environments Familiarity with special education strategies, behavior management techniques, and data collection methods Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, educators, and healthcare professionals Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality as outlined by HIPAA regulations Embark on a rewarding career path where your dedication transforms lives!
