There may also be opportunities to begin earlier, including summer 2026 placements and end-of-year openings for the remainder of the current school year, depending on school-site needs. Job Responsibilities Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students during the school day Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision Collect and record data using ABA therapy procedures Support students' communication, social-emotional, and behavioral skill development Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors Maintain professionalism and consistency across school environments Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) 6+ months of ABA experience (required) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (preferred) Reliable transportation to school sites across Orange County Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Compensation & Benefits $23-$27 per hour, based on experience and education Daytime Monday-Friday schedule aligned with school hours Paid training and ongoing ABA professional development Opportunities for advancement in behavioral health, psychology, and education Supportive clinical leadership and collaborative school partnerships Hiring Locations We are actively hiring for school placements in: Tustin Orange Anaheim Santa Ana Irvine Garden Grove Saddleback Valley Apply Today If you have ABA experience and want to make a meaningful impact in the school setting, apply now to join our team as a School-Based Behavior Technician for the 2026-2027 school year.
