  • Position Overview
  • The
  • Behavior Technician (BT)
  • plays a vital role in supporting students with special needs by facilitating educational and behavioral services. This position works closely with school professionals and behavioral specialists to help students achieve individualized learning and behavioral goals in a supportive school environment.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Provide behavior intervention services to children and adults with special needs + Implement behavior plans and educational strategies as directed + Support students in achieving academic, social, and behavioral objectives + Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists + Maintain compliance with all professional and regulatory standards
  • Minimum Requirements
  • + High school diploma or equivalent (required) + Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred + Current CPR certification (if applicable) + TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray as required) + Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements + Must be at least
