Behavior Technician Help autistic children find their voice. And discover your calling. As a Behavior Technician , you'll work 1-on-1 with kids diagnosed with autism helping them build life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices. No experience required! Just a big heart, patience, and love for kids. Is empathy your superpower? This might be the most important job you've never heard of. You'll be their guide, their support, their safe place. What you'll do Work & play 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills Celebrate their wins!   • $23 / hour based on experience and education Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm
  • 8:00pm (15-20/week) Hiring Bonus $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months Additional Pay Incentives +$2/hour for weekend shifts +$5/hour for company-observed holidays
