As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) —the leading evidence-based approach to autism treatment. No ABA experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive paid training, ongoing clinical supervision, and continuous mentorship from our experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) . From your first day, you'll gain the knowledge, confidence, and hands-on experience needed to build a fulfilling career while making a real difference in the lives of children and their families. What is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)? Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a scientifically supported therapy that helps children with autism and other developmental disabilities learn meaningful skills that improve their everyday lives. Through fun, engaging, and individualized sessions, Behavior Technicians teach communication, social interaction, play, self-help, and daily living skills while using positive reinforcement to encourage desired behaviors and reduce challenging ones. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in: Psychology Child Development Education Social Work Behavioral Health Special Education Speech or Occupational Therapy Nursing and Healthcare What You'll Do As a Behavior Technician, you will: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills Help reduce challenging behaviors using positive, evidence-based strategies Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress Communicate professionally with families and caregivers Attend ongoing training and team meetings
Typical Sessions:
2-5 hours per session Children primarily ages 3-17 years Afternoon and evening schedules
What We Offer Competitive Pay:
