Program Manager (ABA Case Supevisor)

Have A Motivation to Learn New Skills and Help Individuals with Special Needs Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field OR Bachelor's in a related field and enrolled in a Masters Program in ABA 4+ Years Experience working with children Excellent organization skills Work With and Professionally Communicate with All Team Members Including Parents/Caregivers Available To Commute to Different Locations to Provide Services between 30-40 miles radius Ability To Navigate Electronic Platforms to Accommodate Telehealth Service Models Supervise and Support Behavior Technicians Assist in Parent Training/Education Create behavior health treatment programs Create behavior intervention plans Implement BST to BTs Complete graphs for progress reports Complete assessment tool measures such as, ABAS-3, VB-Mapp, Vineland, etc. Write progress reports Manage a caseload (10-15) as assigned per the clinical director Provide Direct 1:1 therapy when needed Conduct monthly meetings with families and staff Attend mandatory monthly trainings Meet contract fulfillment for billable monthly hours Communicates Effectively in An Oral and Written Format Available to work in the Afternoon, Evening and Possibly Weekends Monday-Saturday; 8:00am-8:00pm. No Cost, BCBA/RBT Supervision Hours Available, if needed! Possess A Valid Driver's License, Have Access to Reliable Transportation and Have Proof Of Automobile Insurance Complete And Pass a Background Check (Live Scan) Obtain TB clearance
