Job Description
- School-Based
- Behavioral Technician
- Desert Area - Riverside County, CA Monday-Friday | 2:00pm-6:00pm, W 12:00pm-6:00pm $23-$25/hr (DOE)

- Join our team as a Behavioral Technician and help a student thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. If you're patient, supportive, and passionate about helping kids succeed, this role gives you the chance to make a meaningful difference every single day.
- What You'll Do
- + Provide direct behavioral support to a student throughout the school day + Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill-building programs designed by a BCBA + Track behavior and skill progress with real-time data collection + Support the student during classwork, transitions, social interactions, and daily routines + Use evidence-based strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and build adaptive skills + Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors + Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards + Attend required trainings, meetings, and supervision sessions + Assist with toileting and diapering as needed ?
- What You Bring
