• What You'll Do
• + Provide direct behavioral support to a student throughout the school day + Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill-building programs designed by a BCBA + Track behavior and skill progress with real-time data collection + Support the student during classwork, transitions, social interactions, and daily routines + Use evidence-based strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and build adaptive skills + Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors + Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards + Attend required trainings, meetings, and supervision sessions + Assist with toileting and diapering as needed ?

• What You Bring
