Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for overseeing their clinical caseload at ETHOS Therapeutics. This role provides clinical oversight, behavioral consultation, supervision, and behavior support services within a multidisciplinary team, supporting a caseload of approximately 25-50 clients depending on client needs, service intensity, and program requirements.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Provide clinical oversight for a caseload of approximately 25-50 cases, adjusted based on client acuity and program needs.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans, goals, and data collection systems.
• Monitor client progress through data review, observation, consultation, and ongoing plan updates.
• Train, supervise, and provide feedback to direct care staff, RBTs, and other team members.
• Support treatment integrity, documentation quality, client safety, and compliance with applicable ethical, regulatory, and company standards.
• Provide direct behavior support, modeling, coaching, and crisis response support as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership, program staff, families, caregivers, and service coordinators.
• Travel to multiple work sites as needed to support caseload across assigned regions. Minimum Qualifications
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree or higher.
• One or more years of experience working with individuals with forensic backgrounds, mental illness, or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavioral interventions.
• Current and valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a TB test.
• Ability to complete crisis intervention and prevention training with advanced physical skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Three or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Three or more years of experience working with individuals with forensic backgrounds.
• Three or more years of experience working with individuals with psychiatric diagnoses.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) training or de-escalation equivalent training.
• Experience providing services to individuals who were previously incarcerated. Hours
• Regular Full-time position.
• Schedule includes a combination of field-based and office-based hours across program sites, with flexibility to accommodate client and program needs.

Pay:

$80,900.00 - $92,000.00 per year
