Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans designed by licensed clinicians to support clients' developmental and behavioral goals. Assist in conducting diagnostic evaluations and intake assessments to determine client needs and develop personalized care strategies. Support clients during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment that encourages learning and growth. Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment records, and compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including special education professionals, therapists, and medical staff—to coordinate care plans. Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis methodologies. Experience supporting individuals with autism or other neurodevelopmental conditions is advantageous. Understanding of HIPAA regulations and best practices for maintaining client confidentiality in healthcare settings.
