area Symphony Behavioral Health is looking for compassionate and knowledgeable ABA therapists to join our growing team in the Antelope Valley and Santa Clarita Valley Behavior Therapists & RBTs provide 1:1 in home therapy while following the behavior treatment plans put in place by their supervisors. Behavior therapists work in a collaborative team with their Clinical Program Managers and Clinical supervisors.- Performance bonus offered to all therapists

- Currently we are looking to staff the following cities and times: Littlerock M-F 4-8:00pm Lancaster/Palmdale M-F 9:00am-1:00PM Lancaster/Palmdale M-F 3pm-7:00pm Sylmar M-F 1:00PM-4:00PM Valencia M/T/F/Sa/Su 9:00am-1:00pm Valencia M-F 4pm-7pm Canyon Country M-F 3-7pm Valencia M/T 4-7pm F 3-6pm Van Nuys M-F 10am-2pm Woodland Hills M-F 9:00am-2:00pm Woodland Hills Th-F 1-5pm Newhall M-W 8:30am-12:30pm Th/F 1:00pm-5:00pm West Hills 3-7pm Job Duties Include Provide 1:1 evidence based ABA therapy in client's home setting that is individualized, socially significant, trauma-informed, and person-centered Utilize teaching techniques that promote communication, social skills, play skills, daily living skills and emotional awareness Work in a collaborative team with clinical program managers and BCBA clinical supervisors Collect data and complete session notes for each therapy session Attend clinical meetings and ongoing staff trainings to develop clinical skills Part-Time Benefits Include Paid coursework, supervision and 1 time examination fee towards Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification Paid drive time & mileage between clients Company tablet and therapy materials provided Ongoing integrative professional development provided by senior staff and directors •BCBA supervision available for those interested in pursuing Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Qualifications Minimum High School Diploma with current enrollment in psychology, child development, or other related college courses For therapists to work with Regional Center clients, applicants must meet title 17 qualifications bachelor's degree and meets qualifications according to title 17: twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis and one year of experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services; or two years of experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services.
