We're looking for a BCBA to step into a long-term leave coverage role supporting students in a school setting.
Position Overview Pay Rate:
$57 - $70 per hour
Location:
Paramount, CA 90222
Schedule:
Full Time (School Operating Hours) Why work with us: Weekly Pay Referral Program & Employee Discounts Sick Time Off Retirement Plan Collaborative, mission-driven environment Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) Observe, consult with, and support staff in developing and implementing Behavior Support Plans, including for students with exceptional needs Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to behavioral goals, supports, and service recommendations Provide related services and consultation in accordance with students' IEPs Required Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field from an accredited university (preferred)
Additional Requirements:
Current TB clearance. Successful background check and live scan clearance. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple school sites.
