At Holding Hands, our Behavior Technician team delivers impactful, one-on-one care that helps children, adolescents and adults grow, develop, and thrive. As a Behavior Technician, you'll provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy across Clinic, Home, Community, and School settings while being supported by experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative clinical team. Compensation & Benefits for Behavior Technician
  • $23-$25/hour Direct Therapy rate
  • $300 sign-on bonus
  • Fully paid training (no experience required)

  • Clear career path: Behavior Technician → Mid-level→ BCBA Key Responsibilities as a Behavior Technician
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as a Behavior Technician
  • Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Support skill development, communication, and independence
  • Collect and track client data accurately
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families Behavior Technician Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the field of ABA
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
