  • Behavior Technician (BT)
  • About the Role
  • We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team. In this role, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and provide direct, one-on-one support to clients. This position does not include Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervision.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs as developed by the client's Individual Program Plan (IPP) and Supported Living Services Assessment Collect accurate and consistent data on client progress and behavior Maintain professional and supportive relationships with clients and their families Communicate observations and progress updates to your supervisor Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality at all times Participate in team meetings and required training sessions •Requirements•Valid Behavior Technician (BT) certification required Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or related conditions preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to implement behavioral strategies consistently and effectively •What You Need to Apply•Be 21+ years old High school diploma or equivalent (Required) Have reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver's License Must pass a background check Previous experience in human services is a plus If you know American Sign Language , let us know!
