$22-26 Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-one-one children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental delays and behavioral health challenges.Why Join Maxim:

Passion for working with children with special needs Strong communication skills High School diploma or equivalent required Must be at least 18 years of age Completion of college coursework in one of the following programs: psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or a minimum of one year experience working with children in the following capacities: Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician required Must have RBT or BACB Certificate Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
