Key Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification required Previous experience delivering behavioral support within K-12 school environments Strong capability to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), 1:1 assessments, and provide ongoing behavior consultations Adaptability and responsiveness in working across different school sites and with diverse student populations Excellent interpersonal communication and collaborative skills

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality behavioral support services for students with a range of needs Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to create and implement individualized behavior plans Conduct FBAs, 1:1 student assessments, and comprehensive behavior consultations Travel between multiple school sites to provide targeted expertisepaid travel Maintain accurate data documentation and reporting in compliance with district benchmarks Offer guidance and training around best behavior intervention practices to school staff Youll have the chance to make a significant impact by supporting student growth and professional development for staff.
