This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to provide direct, meaningful support to students with a variety of behavioral needs, making a real difference each day. If you're a male professional with at least three years of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience within a school settingeven if you don't currently hold an RBT certificationyou are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential is welcome but not required Male applicants only, per client requirements Minimum 3+ years continuous ABA experience in an educational setting Strong background in managing self-injurious behaviors, elopement, and aggression among elementary-aged students Demonstrated adaptability and ability to respond calmly to challenging situations Effective communication skills with students, staff, and families

Core Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students during school hours (32.5 hours per week) Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect and record data on student progress and daily behaviors Assist in crisis intervention, employing deescalation techniques and positive reinforcement Collaborate with educational staff to facilitate integration and promote a positive learning environment Support in training other staff on behavior intervention plans as needed Enjoy the professional growth and fulfillment that comes with helping students thrive in their learning journey.
