Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Current RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification, or Behavior Specialist experience in a school or pediatric setting Solid understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and data collection Ability to implement behavior intervention plans with consistency and compassion Collaborative spirit to partner with school staff, educators, and families Excellent communication and documentation skills Adaptability to meet the needs of diverse student populations Dedication to promoting a positive, inclusive classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students throughout the school day Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies and track progress Collect, document, and report data on student behavior in line with established goals Work alongside teachers and other specialists to adjust plans and ensure consistent support Participate in team meetings, professional development, and training Foster a supportive, respectful, and engaging learning environment Take pride in positively impacting students lives, while growing your skills as an educational professional.
