The RBT will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, providing evidence-based behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is essential in supporting clients' growth, skill development, and independence through personalized behavior management strategies.
