This role is essential in helping individuals develop meaningful skills through evidence-based behavioral interventions. We are looking for professionals who demonstrate integrity, reliability, and a strong dedication to client success. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct 1:1 or group ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies with fidelity Collect accurate session data and maintain thorough documentation Support clients in developing communication, social, adaptive, and behavioral skills Maintain compliance with all Amergis policies as well as federal, state, and local regulations Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality service delivery Minimum Requirements High School diploma or equivalent At least 18 years of age One year of ABA experience preferred Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements for Behavioral Technicians Ability to pass all required background checks Strong communication skills and a commitment to professional conduct Preferred Qualifications Experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with developmental disabilities Reliable transportation and consistent availability Benefits At Amergis, we firmly believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our organization and we are happy to offer the following benefits: Competitive pay & weekly paychecks Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) savings plan Awards and recognition programs Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
