This full-time role offers 32.5 hours per week working directly with students requiring specialized support, where your expertise and commitment can make lasting, positive impacts. Ideal candidates are experienced professionalsmale, with at least 3 years working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) within school settings. While current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is preferred, those without certification but who meet experience and skill requirements are encouraged to apply. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in implementing behavior support strategies for children exhibiting self-injurious behaviors, elopement, and aggression.
