What Were Looking For:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Background in behavioral health, psychology, or special education Previous experience working with children or adolescents in school or therapeutic environments Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills Ability to follow individualized behavior plans and adapt to evolving needs Flexibility and a team-focused mindset

Primary Responsibilities:
