This contract position is based on-site in the San Bernardino, CA vicinity, working directly within K-12 educational settings. Desired Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Proven experience in early childhood settings, particularly with children requiring behavioral interventions Previous K-12 school-based RBT or related behavioral support experience strongly preferred Familiarity with behavior intervention plans and implementation strategies Strong communication abilities with students, teachers, and parents Reliability, understanding, and adaptability for diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one and group behavioral interventions as part of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students across all grade levels Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education teams, and other support staff Collect and record behavioral data to track student progress and inform ongoing interventions Utilize ABA strategies in educational settings to foster students independence and social skills Contribute to the development, adjustment, and implementation of behavior plans under supervision Participate in meetings and ongoing professional development related to behavioral support and student care This is an on-site, full-time contract role that offers the chance to grow professionally and truly impact students day-to-day success within a supportive school community.
