  • Responsibilities
  • + •Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)•+ •Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)•+ •Analyze behavioral data and provide ongoing recommendations•+ •Consult with teachers, administrators, and support staff•+ •Support students with behavioral, social-emotional, and developmental needs•+ •Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions•+ •Train staff on behavior management strategies and interventions•+ •Maintain documentation in compliance with educational guidelines•Qualifications•+ •Active•BCBA Certification•through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)•+ •Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related field•+ •Experience working with school-aged children preferred•+ •Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)•+ •Excellent communication and collaboration skills•+ •Ability to meet all California school-based onboarding requirements•Why Consider This Opportunity?

    • Minimum Requirements:
