- Responsibilities
- + Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) + Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) + Analyze behavioral data and provide recommendations + Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, administrators, and families + Provide staff training and behavior management support + Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions + Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and district guidelines + Support students with behavioral, social-emotional, and developmental needs •Education & Requirements•To work as a BCBA in a California school setting, candidates should possess: + Active •Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)•certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) + Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field + Experience working with children and adolescents preferred + Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and methodologies + Strong communication, collaboration, and data analysis skills + Ability to obtain and maintain all required school-based clearances and documentation + California school-based experience preferred but not required •Benefits•+ Competitive Weekly Compensation + Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) Benefits Available + Dedicated Recruiter Support + Full-Time Schedule + School Calendar Schedule + Opportunity to Make a Lasting Impact on Students and Educational Teams •Why Consider This Opportunity?

- Minimum Requirements:
