Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential Current California license/credential with BCBA authorization Strong background supporting educational teams, ideally within school systems Ability to serve onsite and commit to the assignment duration Flexibility and adaptability for a dynamic caseload
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions across assigned campuses Collaborate with school staff, families, and students for positive outcomes Complete comprehensive behavioral assessments and plans Provide crisis intervention and direct support as needed Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
