Ro Health is looking for Instructional Paraeducators and School Behavioral Aides to work in our special education classroom with special needs children for the fall 2026/2027 school year. This position would require you to be comfortable with toileting and assistance with children's school work in a classroom setting. These positions would be around the North LA county area and surrounding cities. •Positions could possible start as per diem (on call), and then when a full-time position is available we will transition into full time.

Requirements:

Previous school experience is not required but preferred. Applied Behavioral Analysis experience in home setting or school settings High school diploma 48 units completed in a AA/BA program Experience with Mild/moderate levels on the autism spectrum Strong assessment skills Willingness to assist in students learning process CPR or NCI Certification CPR Card Strong ability to work in a team environment This role focuses on providing behavioral support in a school setting, specifically leverage implementation of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), with students ranging in grade level from pre-K to high school. It is a great benefit if you have previous experience supporting students with special needs and have worked in a 1:1 or 1:multiple capacity Our providers are assigned to cases as either 1:1 supports, or as a general classroom aide. : you would be going to each class with your student to provide behavioral and educational support throughout the day. 1:1 supporters are responsible to ensure their student is on task and working towards their behavioral goals. : providers who are assigned to work with a single teacher or classroom. In this role, providers will support wherever they are needed most by the teacher. Typically every day looks different in this position, and you may be working with several different students throughout your day.

Qualifications:

At a minimum, candidates must be instructionally eligible Experience in childcare and/or ABA Associate's degree preferred or at least 48 units completed in an AA or Bachelors degree program. Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
